Tip: Line pans with parchment paper for easy removal

Tip: Sift cocoa powder to avoid lumps

Combine wet ingredients

In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Tip: Room temperature ingredients mix better

Make the batter

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix until combined. Slowly stir in hot coffee.
Tip: Batter will be thin - this is normal and creates moist cake
